Crabbing at Mandurah

Mandurah is located an hours drive south from our place and around 2 hours drive north from Busselton jetty. It's known for it's crab spots and is super crowded during the crabbing season which runs from Dec - Feb. We headed down there last week and brought 18 crabs back and alot of undersized ones were released. This time we went there, there were some pretty good sized ones and we caught a huge male and female one.

This time we caught 22 crabs in 4 hours with 4 nets; 9 we gave to a friend.

And there are always pelicans around to whoop up any scraps you throw to them.
